Photographic service agreement

Our Terms:

Acceptance of these terms and a retainer payment are required to secure the date.

The Clients declare that they are over 18 years of age and voluntarily consent to being photographed.

The Clients agree to provide a staff meal for the photography team during the Event.

The booking fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Clients, except in cases of scheduling conflicts during a postponement or due to a government-mandated pandemic.

The Photographer retains full creative control over framing, cropping and editing.

Final images may not be used by third parties for commercial, advertising or self-promotional purposes without prior written consent.
