Photographic service agreement

Our Thermes are:

The acceptance of the terms and down payment are mandatory to Book the day;

Customers declares that they are over 18 and they pose freely for photography;

The maximum deadline for delivery the Gallery until 4 months after the Event date;

We reserve the creative right to frame, crop and edit the images; any image can´t be used by Third Parties for commercial, advertising or self/promotion purposes.

Amore mio Wedding Photography is a Registered Trademark at National Institute of Industrial Property, Portugal.
